Unsatisfied customer

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the feedback given as the item was already packed and then 9 days later order is cancelled, how can you say no stock to an order that is already packed, further more the item is still advertised at the same amount and still allows to purchase,why is the website not updated? I will never recommend purchasing from Makro online again.
