I bought a Samsung 40L Microwave at Makro

I took it to the store for repairs in December 2019 only got it back end of February 2020

Now the microwave is giving me another problem

I took it to the store today 25 April 2020 and they told me they can't assist during Lockdown nor refund or give me a working one in the mean time.

I need my microwave during this period and it has a 10year warranty.... What's the point of the warranty if they can't assist you when you need it most

I buy according to name brands iv have trusted Samsung for. Years but Makro will be the reason that this brand suffer.

I'm expecting urgent feedback.

I'm giving u 2 options

1.Refund me or give me a brand new microwave

Or 2. Take the faulty Microwave for repairs and supply me with a temporary one in the mean time An
