Unresolved Issue with Missing Items Orders MAK*** and MAK***

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive three items from my order MAK*** - a Mini LED HD Projector and and MAK*** a Solar Charging Battery with Flashlight.

Each time I have contacted customer service, I have been told that my issue will be ‘escalated’, yet no tangible progress has been made.
