Unresolved issue with Makro!
I'm frustrated with Makro Ottery's handling of my order. They claim uncer*****y about delivery and resolution. I requested cancellation, but there's no app option. Given my distance from the store, visiting isn't feasible. I re**** on delivery convenience. Please assist in resolving this issue. I am a very upset customer!

18 Jun 2025, 15:32The store last called me on the 11th June 2025 and they told me they do not know how to resolve this issue. The online department told me they were going to contact the IT department and come back to me. I am still waiting. I would mind if they can at least refund me at this point.
