Unresolved Issue Since December 3, 2024
I am extremely disappointed with your service. My order was cancelled on December 3, 2024, and to date, I have not received my refund. Your call centre has been unhelpful, leaving it up to me to resolve this issue and recover my money. This level of service is unacceptable and feels like a blatant disregard for your customers. Please address this matter urgently and process my refund without further delay

27 Dec 2024, 22:32Yes, I received the email but honestly I'm finding it very hard to believe anything you guys say anymore. I'll only believe it when I actually see the money in my bank account. I got an email on 03 December saying exactly the same thing and still no monies have been paid.
