Unreliable service

I made an order online and received my item on the 28th of January. I was not happy with the item and logged a return soon after. I was given an option to select pick up date, which I did, for 6th of February. No one showed up. Meaning I spent the whole day waiting for nothing!!

I then phoned your customer service line on *** on Saturday the 11th of February ( call reference ***) and spoke to Sifiso who claimed an email was sent to me to upload picture but no such email ever came through. Of which I had already uploaded my pictures of the item when logging the return.

Sifiso promised feedback in 48hrs but that never happened either.

So now I am stuck with an item I do not want and cannot return because no one will honor thier promise at Makro.

Further more, I have a second order of suitcases, one of which was not what I ordered. I just don't have the strength to log another return.

You have an appalling customer service. Your online service is the worst I have ever dealt with!!!

I need to return your item and my money back!!!!
