Unreliable Service

My wife and I bought a fridge in store on Thursday, 28 November 2024. We were told that it would be delivered on Monday, 2 December 2024. We have made numerous attempts to enquire about the delivery but no one has ever gotten back to us. We have made countless phone calls, emails, DM'd them on Social Media yet no response. Both my wife and I are working during the day and for the past 4 days we had to ask someone to be at home to receive the fridge. Not only has this been a huge inconvenience for us but we have also incurred additional expenses because of this.
