UNRELIABLE ONLINE SHOPPING - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST
Unreliable online shopping, pathetic customer service - unadulterated incompetence! I will never support them again! Not worth the headache and time. They simply do not care!

Makro needs to come to the party and address serious concerns with the same seriousness. These kind of responses do nothing for me or other people who are complaining. If you cannot handle online orders then you need to address and resolve this problem. Best, shut down your online order section, because it's clear that Makro does not have the capacity to deal with this.

Albeit not without some serious aggravation, and some rude WUMDrop staff, who thought they could get obnoxious with me, Understand this, if you are in the wrong, eat humble pie apologise and MAKE RIGHT what you are at fault with! Do NOT tell me you will deliver tomorrow, and cut the call whilst I am still speaking with you. It did NOT happen, you delivered today, as was arranged and promised. Stop blaming the customer and stop the petty excuses. Thank you to Zamokuhle from Makro Center HQ for ensuring that WUMDrop delivered today.
