Unreliable Online Shopping Experience at Makro

I purchased an iPhone 15 from the Makro online store after it was listed as available. However, several days after my payment was confirmed, I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and that I would only be refunded within 7 to 14 days.

I find this experience disappointing and concerning. It is highly unprofessional for a retailer to accept payment for an item they do not have in stock and then delay the refund process for such an extended period. I would advise exercising caution when considering high-value purchases from this store.
