UNRELIABLE ONLINE SHOPPING

Makro is really useless and unreliable with online orders. I got a complete incorrect item than what I've ordered online. I ordered 1000 Canderel sachets, and they delivered a Pixma Cartridge - what am I suppose to do with a printer cartridge that I never even had in my online basket in the first place????

Would never recommend their online shopping platform to anyone! Stay away!
