Unreliable Makro!!!

I bought a gas/electric double door freezer at Makro last year August online. According to the website it was only available online and 1 year guarantee. Now 11 months later it stopped working, when I try to log in a repair I'm told I bought it from a "supplier" 😏 according to me I bought it from Makro, nowhere online was I informed I'm not actually buying from Makro. This is an unnamed supplier and I don't know what to do. I've waited for them to assist me, it's been almost 48hrs now with no feedback from them. I'm so disappointed. I don't know why I didn't go to a trusted store like Game which is my regular store and they are very helpful 😭😭
