Unreliable Delivery by Private Courier Company

Online Order of a Fridge, a delivery date was set, i got called by the courier company and asked to accommodate a new date which i did and made sure someone was there to accept the delivery, they did not pitch, online support could not assist, no one could help me and the courier team just lie. Since then rescheduled a delivery date and yet again a no show of my order. Online support can not assist me, asked to speak to a manager. Still waiting for my order, four days late with no proper communication, wasting my time. Will not use Makro for any future business, unreliable and unprofessional courier team
