UNRELIABLE APPLIANCES AND POOR AFTER SERVICE

I bought a an Alva gas Heater for R 4000, hardly two months, not even used daily, it broke down. I took it to them, over a week in this cold winter they keep telling me that their Alva is still assessing the heater. Even a car major service takes one day, Makro is useless. Never buy any appliances there. They are good for nothing
