Unreliable and terrible service delivery
Disappointing experience with Makro. I ordered 2 bags online, but only received 1. I've been trying to resolve the issue for weeks now calling their customer service, sending emails and DMing them on social media. Every time, they say they're escalating the issue but nothing seems to happen. No one seems to take responsibility or provide a clear solution. Not happy with how my order was handled. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MAKRO

Companies that actually cares about their customers! I think you should learn a thing or two from them. Makro has to been the worst company ever. I never thought I would be ****med by such a big company! I have been communicating with you for the past 3 weeks or so and I never get straight answers. It’s a different story every day. I want my MONEY back! I just don’t understand why is it so difficult to give me my money back!
