Unreasonable service

I have been trying for 2 weeks or more to get a contract as they have a special but due to the strike no one at Makro can assist! How absurd? So Makro being the giants they are, they cannot get staff to fill in. You rather make your customers wait. The worse thing is no one gets back to you to let you know what’s happening. I was told the strike ended but apparently still no is at work. Pathetic Makro!
