Unrealible ,No after sale service,Bad service

On the 10th of January I logged a call with Makro to fix my defy stove that is still under warranty call *** on the 17th of January I received an email with *** to say that a service request has been logged,till today which is the 26th no one has bothered contacting me ,no argent has come to fix my stove I’m really disappointed in you Makro.
