Unrealiable and *** Store ever

I am so furious right now, i placed an order of two headboard on the 25th August and it said delivery will be done on the 5th September, I called on Wednesday because i see there is no movement on my order they assured me that my order will be delivered, now i am on the call holding for 30minutes because the lady was assisting me told me supplier didn't respond to my order so they don't know when ill get my order i just need to be patient and i am asking why wasn't i get SMS regarding my order being delayed she doesn't know, she doesn't even know how to respond, i am so mad this Makro is taking me for a ride
