Unrealable and heartless

On the 23 i ordered online (crushed yellow maize) for my chickens. I got an email that i will get an sms from the delivery company. I haven't received any communication from up unti today. On the 28 September i received an email from makro that the order has been returned. I called them on 29 September they promised to call back. I emailed several times no response. Two chickens died already.others are weak because they are starving. I want my money now before i loose more. I even called this morning i was not help. All i want is my money so that i can go and buy food from the reliable company.
