Unprofessional staff and incorrect shelf price

I went to Makro to purchase a new Bitdefender antivirus licence. I was assisted by a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales representative to select and to obtain my chosen Bitdefender 2019 antivirus. The shelf indicated a price of R99 for the product. Upon returning to the till, I noticed 3 female employees discussing personal matters with each other instead of assisting me at the till. They finally assisted me after waiting 2 minutes at the till and calling them for assistance. To my surprise the till indicated a price of R579 for the antivirus. I queried this with the cashiers, and showed them the shelf price of R99. After a long struggle the staff (Zizipho, Joyce and Joseph) informed me that the shelf price was for the 2018 Bitdefender antivirus. I showed them the shelf to prove to them that the shelf indicated "Bitdefender total security" for R99. On my selected box was indicated as "Bitdefender total security". Please find attached photos as proof. No item on the shelf has been marked at the till price of R579. After calling the store manager, I was informed that if I matched the barcodes I would have noticed that the products are not the same. I informed her that per the Consumer protection act the shelf price is final and reflects a commitment by Makro to sell at the specified price. It is also not reasonable to expect that a customer will compare barcodes on the shelf to obtain the correct price. She furiously responded and threatened to call Makro's lawyers.
