Unprofessional Staff

I visited Makro at Crown Mines on the 12th if August 2024with my father. we were treated like beggers. We had a trolley with Samp, Rice and Knorr Soups. We were told to go there and make a card with utmost disrespect. I could not take it anymore and left.

You are losing sales because of incomplete people that are hired to represent your brand. The supervisor was Shangaan and the cashier was a Xhosa lady. I personally like Makro but after this encounter, I would never recommend it to anyone I know.
