Unprofessional Service Consultants

I did not receive my account statement- emailed them on the 24th of May 2021 and to date i haven't receive courtesy of their response. I tried to use different email address which i found on their website, the email was undelivered email address is incorrect. I called RCS and the consultant was very rude- she actually shouted at me. When i told her that she is shouting at me she told me that's her tone! She told me i failed the security check since my number is different from what they have on record, therefore i should go to the shop. I have never changed my number! I only needed to pay my account because i am avoiding to go to the shop since there is COVID out there!!!!
