Unprofessional service

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate online system, I have place an order on 5 items on Sale on the 27/02/2025 the estimated delivery date was the 3/02/2025. On the 3/2/2025 afternoon I called to find out if the order would be delivered because the was no progress online, agent stated she will escalate for me. The next day I wake up to a cancelled order however the order stock is still available online on the sale amount. I have sent several emails no reply till now.
