Unprofessional service

I order a wall heater from makro online that was supposed to be delivered on 7 June. The morning when I phone one consultant inform it will be delivered on the the 7th June Tuesday.At around 13h00 I phone again to follow up when a other consultant inform me that they have technical problems.it will take up to 48hours.This is unexeptable
