Unprofessional service

I'm expecting a delivery today but Makro cant seem to give me a time. They wont answer their phone either. Do they expect me to stay home all day from work just for the delivery. Very very extremely unprofessional. Other companies give am estimated time. Or even to tell me if they are coming in the morning or after 12 or a window of time. Or call an hour or half hour before they come. Surely this is the normal thing to do?
