Unprofessional marketing strategy

we are very disappointed at the promotion you were running on Mega deal pampers.On the 15/04/15 you kept on sending sms daily to notify us about the pampers mega deal special where you buy at R289.00 and get 2x56 pampers sensitive wipes for free. On Thursday the 16/04/15 I went to Makro by Clearwater mall and purchase 2boxes assuming they were on special per the sms sent and I even thought to myself that the wipes were inside the box as I left the store. To my surprise my helper phones me at work the next day and told me I forgot to buy wet wipes of which I then advise her to take out all the 3nappy packs inside the box to see if there were not hidden under and unfortunately they were not there. I therefore immediately went to check my receipt which was luckily kept on the car to check the prices as something did not add up and only to discover that we bought the 2boxes on full R385 price but not on special.
