unprofessional disgusting shop and its employees

I placed the order online on the 27th/02/19 and paid the same day as per website my order should be delivered today. Ever since I made the payment I have never received any communication. On monday I decided to make a followup I spoke to a lady n she said she will make n followup and call me and she never did, tuesday I called again and I spoke to david he promised to followup and will ask some1 to call me and he never did, wednesday I ddnt not call hoping they will communicate n they did not. Thursday I called n spoke to sanelisiwe ndlovu she made a followp with a lady known Elizabeth mababi who is responsible for the order and she advised that she will call me n she never did. Today I called and spoke to a guy he told me that they dont work in store they dare doing inbound so he will send an email n call me back n I told him that they always promise to call back but they dont he called elizabeth after 45minutes of being on the phone and they **** that she is on lunch. Elizabeth told me theres nothing they can do and that is not going to change I will maybe receive my order on monday so I asked how bcz due date is the today and they told me they dont work on saturday and that wont change i must wait until monday n they are not even sure that monday it will come.
