Unprofessional Customer Service

I have ordered some tooth brush 12 x 12 pack and everything was processed and advised to come collect my parcel. Only to find 1 pack instead of 12. When i told them that my order is incorrect and showed then the copy of confirmation of my order , someone from online department was called. A very unprofessional lady came and told me that my order was correct and tried to justify a nonsense to me. I then ask to speak to her supervisor and a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Silinda came to me and told me that there was an error on the price, i then asked why didn't the rather cancel my order there and there instead of telling me to come collect my wrong order , as i had to drive over 50 km to the store. The lady was very unprofessional and did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused to me, i then ask to see the manager (Mandla Shisane) he refused to come see me and ask the Nonhlanhla to just tell me that there is nothing he can do for me. Makro Nelspruit service is very unprofessional. As a customer i feel that their treatment towards me was very unprofessional and unfair. On top of that i still don't know what will happen to my order as no one called or inform me if i will be refunded or not as i left the store without my order.
