Unprofessional business

I bought a flat screen tv at Makro online, on the 30th of November. The product was delivered, when I open the package, I realized that is the wrong product. I tried to call customer service for return and I even went to Makro Wonderboom. Courier service came on the 17th of December to collect the product. Even I'm still waiting for refund, everyday I'm makro customer service without any luck. My order number is MAK.....
