Unprofessional business accumen

Were I able to express my review without rating the service, there would be NO star at all.

I purchased a falsely advertised camera online from Makro which was also faulty. I made an attempt to return it more than 3 weeks ago. It is yet to be collected. My assistant and I are receiving calls "enquiring" on where to collect but it remains uncollected with repeated promises to resolve same by end of business day.

Evidently, the intention to expire the 6month return policy for faulty items. Absolutely repulsive business acumen. Very disappointed in Makro after being such a loyal customer for so many years.
