Unprofessional and unsatisfactory service rendered by certain Makro workers

On 29/11/2020 I was making a shopping at Makro wonderboom and on a till wanted to pay my monthly social club, as I've joined 1 with store. The lady at the till told me that I couldn't used my Makro card to make payment, which was a shock to me because I've been using it ever since I joined it. I asked for supervisor and she told me the same story, and she couldn't help instead told me that " I MUSTN'T COME WITH MY STORIES, AM NOT THE ONE WHO IS WORKING THERE BUT SHE'S AND LEFT ME UNHELPED" I insisted to see the till manager and she couldn't get my story immediately but later realized that the was an misunderstanding the fault was on their side as they blocked the card for unknown reasons, I left the store without paying my monthly social club fee, because I was very angry and dissatisfied about so called qualified supervisor who was acting unprofessional and recklessly.
