Unprofessional and unpunctual from Makro Online

Purchased on the 24th of Feb. They claim delivery before 5 working days. I called the call center yesterday. And they said supplier will call me back with ETA which never happened. Called the call center again today, consultant couldn't hear me for some reason and they busy having a chat with other employees. Called again and they say they apologize, the supplier was supposed to contact me and i should be receiving my purchases tomorrow. Lets see about this ******* service and where it goes!!!
