Unprofessional and poor service

Ordered and paid for ankle brace 9 February. Promise 2-5 working days for delivery.Day 22 requested urgent escalation as ordered showed packed ,waiting on courier. Day 4 still showed same. Logged queries on several platforms including speaking to different consultants. By day 6, with same result and no positive results with them admitting that they are at fault, I canceled my order. This was the worst experience I've ever had sincec6 years ago my online journey started. My prayer now is that i will not have to go through same experience with my refund, which was promised by Memory, 10-14 days
