Unprofessional and poor customer service.

I purchased a Promax MIG welder from Makro just under 6 months ago. The machine is now defective where the wire is being fed without pressing the trigger. I've taken the complete unit to Makro and I was told that it will be sent back to the supplier for testing. I was contacted by Makro stating that I must bring my wire that I used for welding for they don't have any to test the machine. It's a huge inconvenience for me to go back to Makro just for me to take them wire to test their unit. Surely Makro stock the same wire alternatively Makro can buy their own to test their unit.
