Unprofessional and *********** online makro

I'm writing this with great sadness and disappointment with one of the biggest distributors in South Africa (Makro) On the 27th November I've made an online order that was confirmed with order number MAK***,as per their deliveries it takes 2-5 days for delivery to takes place.After days mentioned with no delivery I tried to call their call center, messaged them on all their communications transform with no luck,with all this happening and my frustrations I have to drive to their grown mines branch on the 10th December. Upon arriving at the branch the lady named Mpho Mhlanga looked into the system and told us our order was at Strubens valley unprepared and not ready to be dispatched.She took it upon herself to call the branch with no success and took our numbers to call us back,after doing a follow up with an unprofessional no customer sense of service, disrespectful Strubens valley branch. At about 14:00 she call us back giving us a good news that our order will be delivered.At around 17:00 delivery was made but the following items was not there:1. 10kg flower 2.500g salt×2 3.Mayonnaise ×24 4.thyme 200g 5.Maggie Worcester source ×6 6.Babysoft 2ply 18 7.Pinebutter black cat 800g 8.yeast superbake ×6 In this I will like Makro to respond in how they are going to compensate me on the emotional and stress that they cost me in making my event not successful,this has made me look unprofessional due to the incompetence of staff hired by Makro

Internal problems that they have is not our problems as customers.Makro did not bother to call us in letting us what is happening,I would like to know who is taking responsibility and accountability for my loss that is cost by them
