Unprofessional.
Makro polokwane. No proper signage to inform the public about the new no shoe policy. The manner in which the security and manager handled informing us about this rule was also unprofessional. I will no longer be supporting any Makro store or any of the other companies affiliated with Makro. I will be putting complaints on all available social media platforms. I travel 64km to shop at Makro. And wil not do so in the future. Proper training should be given to employees and managment. Danie Pronk.
