Unprofessional
<p>Rude, arrogant, unprofessional, ill mannered staff at your Nelspruit branch. I could not believe the attitude that we experienced today. If my staff handled my customers like I was treated today, I will fire the whole lot of them. There is more than enough people out there looking for employment that holds the s**** set to provide customer service.</p>
Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay and inconvenience that has been experienced.
