Unpleasant visit saturday

Well Saturday (13 July) i went to Makro Montague Gardens and i never have an issue with them. paid and my slipped printed but somehow it snipped away a few details so the teller asked if she could reprint. she called someone to do a reprint and they came back after 20min with a printed copy but its from the system so its 3 A4 pages and she signs her name on there. then when security had to check and let me out, she had a issue with the copy that was given to her! she let everyone else go ahead of me because she does not want to sign the copy i gave her, talking in her language and me not understanding a word she saying but clearly because she was moaning about signing this copy and this went on for another almost 20min me standing there like an idiot because this woman did not want to sign. eventually the lady that did the reprint came and told her to sign and let me go, still talking in their language and i had to stand an wait while they going back and forth to each other about this copy. i was highly upset the way they handled it and not even an apology from the security that made me wait because she did not feel to sign A4pages. i never had a bad experience at Makro but Saturday (13 July) was uncalled for. now i have things to return, so i want to know will i have the same problem with this A4 page receipt when i return things??
