Unpleasant online order ever from Makro.

This has been the most awful online purchase /delivery ever. I placed my orders on the 18th of May and to date the 27th of May still delivery has been made. The call centre sucks and does absolutely nothing. All they say is that it will be escalated. 😑😑😑🤔🤔🤔🤔😕😕😕. They has been paid for, and no one seems to know where my orders are. If this was a life and death situation, I most probably would have starved to death by now. My tracking orders are: MAK*** MAK***
