Unpaid refund by Makro

I bought a headboard from Makro for R899 on 14.02.25, and they delivered a wrong colour headboard. I logged a return and they collected it from my house. On 02.04.2025 l was only refunded R359 from the R899, since then l have been phoning and emailing chasing my R540 balance of refund with no success. I have been told that they are investigating but l have not been given the outcome of the investigation
