Unnecessarily long cancellation time

One week later and I’m still fighting for my order to be cancelled! I have called Makro customer care line everyday since the 6th of December to cancel an order they couldn’t deliver on time and now I got an sms saying to collect the very same order I’ve been asking to be cancelled. I’m tired! This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. Please do better, we can’t be fighting for orders to be cancelled due to incompetence.
