******** blacklisting

I had an account with your store (Makro) That I paid up over a year ago.but alas you put my account with your lawyers and black listed my name on ITC .. I have continuously brought my complaint and dissatisfaction to your team and lawyers but all fallen on deaf ears.you guys have messed my credit and you still have the audacity to call me and invite me to take credit from your store. I honestly regret the firstday i walked into your premises...had I known your team has no respect for customers i would have kept walking. The fact that you can play God over our accounts is sickening. You in-store credit controller today checked my account and said i didn't owe the store any funds as my account was long paid up. And you guys need to update my file on your side.for over a year i have been financially paralysed by makro.
