Unimpressed with the delivery guy

I order an item for door-to-door delivery from Makro online. Firstly, the delivery guy called me to ask for directions to my house (don't they have a GPS?). When he got here, he called from his car parked outside for me to come to him to fetch the item- that is not what door-to-door delivery means. Aside from that his tone was as if he was doing me a favour and I had not paid for that service! Please reassess how your items are delivered. Don't call it door-to-door if you expect me to come the delivery vehicle to fetch things!
