Unimpressed Makro Service Delivery

Ok, so I ordered a Trojan Elite Gym 2 from Makro, as they indicated stock at 2 branches. 10 days later though and my order was just cancelled. Reason stating that they out of stock and the product is EOL.

However, I got in touch with Trojan self and they confirmed that stock would be delivered in the next few weeks to both Makro and Game.

Anyway, on the same day of the cancellation, I re-ordered it from Ringabelcart and received it 10 days later.

Makro BS you, thinking customers won't do the extra leg work. Still on their website, they indicating the item in stock, so how many other buyers is experiencing the same frustration and waist in time. So who is wrong, the supplier or the reseller. Did not enjoy my first experience.
