Unhelpful staff who do not listen to your needs

I need to buy a laptop for my studies and saw a Lenovo 15.6inch notebook available at R4500, i checked the advertised specs online to ensure that it was compatible which it was for running Pastel , i went in on Sunday morning and when i spoke to the sales person, i was told no the specs were not what i needed and i should instead take a I3 version which was more than double the price. i asked twice are you sure but without even giving me a chance to fully explain my requirements i was told that no my choice was not an option and i would have to take the more expensive laptop. needless to say i did not buy the laptop and walked out of the electronics area utterly confused and today after confirming with Pastel disgusted . To me it is one of the following issues 1.- the sales man was not knowledgeable 2.- he was unwilling to listen to what i wanted and needed.I contacted Sage Patel and forwarded the specs of two of the R4500 laptops and was informed that either one one of the laptops would be perfectly fine.Now due to Makro being the cheapest unfortunately i have to drive all the way there to buy the laptop which i could have bought yesterday. Very disappointing to say the least
