Unhappy with Online order cancelled with no reason

I write this email to express my dissatisfaction with your service. I ordered a mixer for my colleague's wedding and was promised a delivery within 3-5 working days. Upon following up on my order I found that it has been cancelled with no reason stated and that the refund would be in 10 days. This is upsetting as I had to find other financial resources to purchase a gift for my colleague. A phone call or email would have been courteous, explaining why my order was being canceled and providing an alternative item with similar specs or an option to receive a gift voucher/credit so that I could make a different purchase. Had I known that this is the type of service your company provides I would not have put my trust in purchasing something this important and urgent from you. You are not worthy the 1 star rating I gave.
