UNHAPPY WITH MAKRO SERVICE

I have battled to clear my name with this retails store for almost 2 years now and have been taken from pillar to post. I settled their account on 18 Dec 2018 at 12:54:29 already and till today they keep telling me I owe them and yet instead they owe me. I have called their offices and was told to contact Abram Matjila, Customer Service Consultant at Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. Attorney whom at first I was told was on leave for a whole month and had to wait because apparently he was the only consultant who could help me. Upon his return, he told me he had not received the 50 emails "literally 50 emails" I sent him and had to send 2 more but still nothing. I have had enough of this issue as we are now in 2020 June already and I'm still faced with the same issue and I also want the extra cash I paid back this I think has gone on for far too long now and it's affecting my credit record.
