UNHAPPY WITH BAD SERVICE

I ordered 12 Dettol handwash liquids and other goods online. When our driver went to collect the order, it was short with 6 Dettol Handwash liquid. I phoned the call centre the same day and reported it they were going to get back to me. I phoned again twice in that same week, and they said they will get back to me. Up unit today I have not received any feedback on my query.

This is unacceptable as I paid for something I didn't receive.
