Unhappy refund not done

The purchase was done efficiently and delivered fast. However we returned it due to thr fact it was too small for the children. Pickup was done very well. Now comes the refund part and it's been a month since they picked it up and 2 chats and emails later and still no refund and no contact details for finance.
