Unhappy MAKRO Customer

I bought a Trojan TR500 treadmill from Makro used it for a few months. The treadmill now runs for a minute then it stops then shows E03 code. I took the treadmill to the store hoping to get help but was told to take the treadmill home with a no. to call. Apparently the no. is for TROJAN company. I called the number and was promised by the lady who answered my call that a technician will come to my home. I've been waiting for weeks and no technician. I get a run around. I'm unhappy with Makro because when I bought the treadmill from them they never talked about the 3rd party. The treadmill isn't cheap. I don't think anyone in their right mind will buy a treadmill if you don't need it. Makro needs to do something about this or refund my money if they are failing to send a technician to come fix this. I didn't give my money to TROJAN, I gave my money to MAKRO
