Unhappy Makro customer

I bought a fridge from Makro online just before the 25th of November and when it was deliver I realized it was too small, the same size as the fridge I already have and I want a bigger one. I fillled in the online return form stating everything and attached a picture that it was never opened.

It says feedback is received in 2-5 days. A week later I had not received any communication from them, I then sent them an email. They asked the same questions as what I had already filled in the initial form and they asked for another picture of the product, aga I sent the picture.

Eschel Steele advised that my query has been escalated that was last week and until now I have still not received any feedback.
